EMS Edition - Message samples
The ActiveXMS Mobile Messaging SDK (EMS Edition) allows you to create powerful messages, rich in content, using the industry defined and approved EMS (Enhanced Messaging Services) standard as defined by Motorola, Siemens, Sony-Ericsson and Alcatel. We have included some code samples and images to show you code and the resulting messages on some handsets available on the market today. It is important to note that handsets are different - even models from the same manufacturer handle messaging capabilities differently. For example, within our samples we have included messages sent to a Sony Ericsson T100 and a T310 - both with differing results. Examples are included in Visual Basic® and Visual C++®. The messages creates by these samples were delivered using the Derdack Message Master SMSC Connectivity SDK, 8-bit encoding, sent through the PsychicSMS gateway.
