What an amazing product!!! We had to complete an integration project in 4 weeks. We did a little search to see if there was anything in the market to meet our demands since we would have many such small projects coming from time to time, that is when we found EE. Licensing is a very complex proposition. When you add in the need to obfuscate and otherwise attempt to protect your intellectual property rights/copyright, it can really be a daunting task.
Fortunately for us, the Desaware Licensing System is available and has been nicely done. It was written by Dan Appleman author of the Win32 API book, so I knew that it would be good. The software includes ... Read full review.

We use ECO for the prototyping.
If the Model is stable (classes with relations, state machines, derived associations, derived attributes, etc.) and the prototype of the user interface is ready and approved we have possibility to continue the development using ECO or to rewrite the domain using nhibernate/spring/entity/etc. We have the PICTURE of the business domain, not the INFRASTRUCTURE.

I downlaoded the free community version. Since I am not a programmer I depend on strong support.
I have got to say that the support at PortSight just rocks. I started to work with the free version and they gave me the best support. Speedy and helpful in a way I could never have expected.
