- Encode and decode content for GSM devices
such as GSM Modems and direct Mobile Phone connections through
cable, BlueTooth or Infrared
- Encode and decode content for direct SMSC
connections
Multipart Support
- True multipart support (not splitting) -
if the target handset supports concatenation then the SDK™
can encode up to 255 PDUs for a multipart message
- Full support for both encoding and decoding
multipart messages
- Supports message payloads for phones with
>160 character (TEXT) message capability
- Cache support for disparate decoding of
incoming PDUs - i.e. objects do not need to be retained
in memory to decode multipart messages
COM Technology
- C++ COM/ATL component
- Fully self-contained COM DLL requires no
external DLLs - does not require MFC, common control DLLs
or any other components
- Unicode support
- Well designed and organized object model
with internal interface documentation
- No user interface component - windowless
- Intelligent and flexible cache support for
decoding Multipart messages
- Tested with ASP / ASP.NET (through COM Interop)
for Web / Web Service integration
Usability
- Transport independent - integrate with SMSC
connections, Internet based gateways, GSM devices through
InfraRed, Serial Cable or BlueTooth
- Create basic PDU strings for all message
types with a single line of code
- Access to only the User-Data and User-Data-Header
portion of the PDU (i.e. without transport headers) for
integration with Internet based gateways
- Provides octet-lengths for GSM devices using
GSM 07.05 AT Command set (AT+CMGS)
- vCard and vCalendar messages can be extended
through a Custom Properties collection
- Consistent naming conventions across all
objects for an easy learning curve
Documentation
